The kind of life that I wanna live for the rest of my earthly days -- i just wanna be buffed and fit to the bones. WHY? Well, I do have numerous reasons but primarily it's to prolong my life and thus I'd be able to render more service to others.
Being fit has a lot of benefits to a person. For instance, if you're fit, you'll get sick less plus you're always alert and active during your workdays -- so less stress. Then, you can get a more focused mindset.
Other benefits are the aesthetics, which I truly love. Like you'll get a sexy and toned body and you'll catch the attention of the opposite sex, hehehe...true enough, some guys at the gym are already sending me SMS and stare at me when I work out. I just let them be and bask in my short-lived (2-hour/day) glory in the gym, HAHA!!
Joking aside, being fit can really make you a better person. Since working out lets the endorphins (ecstasy hormones) be released and you'll be high spirits, great mood and good vibes most of the time. And why do I say "most of the time", because the downside of this is that if you "overdo" your training, you'll burn yourself too much and you'll be depressed instead.
Therefore, workout only moderately, about 1 hour per day with only less than a minute break in between sets, and rejoice for the rest of the day.
